Over the past several decades, the City of Fort Worth like many large Texas cities has annexed surrounding unincorporated territory as it started to be developed. This expansion has been particularly aggressive to the north Fort Worth.
It runs from the Airport Freeway/I-820 to the south and north to FM 1709. The North Fort Worth area covers some large additions such as Fossil Creek, Park Glen, also the boundaries of the Alliance shall be the north Fort Worth city limits, Highway 377 on the east, and Highway 156 in the west. This area includes parts of Fort Worth Council Districts 4 and 7. The southern border shall be North Tarrant Parkway. These boundaries constitute the ‘Alliance Area’ for these By-Laws.
Most of the homes in this area are in the Keller ISD.
